Lickilicky - Shining Forest

The card, for my fake set DPt Shining Forest, of Lickilicky with this art [link]
The card's heavily based on Lickilicky's taste sense and how it can use it to search things and fight (While striking the enemy with Tongue Whip, it throws the things it has in its mouth/tongue thats why it does more damage if it discards Pokémon Tool cards) I think I should have put +20 damage for each Pokémon Tool card discarded, thoughts?
